Claire Cloninger is one of the country's foremost Christian communicators. She has a wide range of gifts that are put to good use in her national ministry as an inspirational speaker and retreat leader. Her songwriting talents have influenced Christian music for more than 25 years. She is the seven-time recipient of the prestigious Gospel Music Association Dove Award. Her Christian songs have been widely recorded by such artists as Amy Grant, Sandi Patti, Don Moen, and many more. Claire has published 18 devotional books, and written over two dozen choir musicals. She and her husband Spike, as he is affectionately known, make their home in Fairhope on Mobile Bay and have two grown sons and eight grandchildren.
"We can think of the Bible as a kind of love letter from God's heart to ours."
~ Claire Cloninger
Worship Leader: Demaskus
God began the ministry of DEMASKUS in September 2000 by calling them to bring the hope of salvation to the lost and the promise of healing to the broken. Singers/songwriters Lauryne Brunson and Angie Greene combine the message of their music with the annoited gift of Cyndi Pyron, who brings that message to life through creative sign language.
"The three of us have gone down many of the same roads in our lives. Because they happened at different times, God used us to minister to others who feel they have 'blown it.' We want people to know that there is healing and restoration in Christ, if they will choose to take off their 'masks' and allow God to change them."
Worship Leader: Nancy Gordon
Nancy Gordon shares from her heart her amazing grace-filled journey of faith through her songs and her stories. The theme and goal of her life message is to comfort with the deep compassion of Christ and to challenge with His high called to rise above life's battles through His resurrection power in us. A four-time Dove Award finalist, Nancy has written and published over 350 songs. She also created the character, Miss Patty Cake, played by Jean Thomason. Nancy and her husband Bob live in Mobile and have four adult children and two granddaughters.
