PRIVACY & REFUND POLICY

SECURITY: Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter online such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology and managed by Pushpay.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal information”), which may include your name, email and mailing address, domain name, phone number, credit card/debit card/bank information, etc. In addition, our web server may automatically recognize and store your email address or your domain name when you log into our site or communicate with us via email. We may aggregate information about what pages on our site you visit or access. Christ United Methodist Church does its best to protect the privacy of your personal information and will not use this information except in connection with your use of this website. We may use your email address to send you information concerning the church and this website, unless you advise us that you do not wish to receive this information. Christ UMC will not release your personal information to any unrelated third party without your consent, except if required to do so by law.

ONLINE GIVING AND REFUND POLICY: If you submit a donation online and there is an error in the amount of the transaction, please contact Patricia Parker in the church office at 251.706.3341. If you have any concerns about your donation, please contact us within 30 days of the donation and we will work to resolve the issue.

POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUALS 18 AND UNDER: We encourage parents to spend time with their children online and discourage submitting information to this site by individuals 18 years old or younger without their parent’s or guardian’s consent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: At any time you may request to correct the personal information, request that such information be removed from the Christ UMC database, or request that Christ UMC no longer solicit you either by email, telephone, regular mail or by any other means. To make any request described above, send an email or call the church office at 251.342.0462. When contacting us, please be sure to provide us with your exact email address, name, address and daytime telephone number so that we may handle your request correctly.
