Faith Promise giving helps provide the necessary funds so that Christ UMC can support more than 20 different world, national, and local mission activities. It will also allow us to support numerous conference initiatives, mission work teams, and requests from other mission agencies. Faith Promise is not just another church pledge. It is different in many ways.

Faith Promise is a covenant between God and the individual. "I promise to trust God to give me extra money that I can direct to missionary causes..."

Faith Promise is over and above the church budget. It is trusting God for extra money for mission causes.

Faith Promise is a means of growing in faith. It is asking for God's direction in the amount to give and trusting God to provide that amount. This act helps to develop our trust in God in all areas of life.

Faith Promise is a spiritual act.

Everyone can experience the joy of missions through Faith Promise giving. Please be in prayer for this important ministry and pray for God's guidance as to your level of support.

How do I contribute to Faith Promise?

• On an offering envelope you may write on the envelope the amount of your contribution designated for Faith Promise.
• On the memo line of your check write the amount or portion of the check to be given to Faith Promise.
• Sunday, use the Faith Promise envelopes provided in the pew or chair back.
